3. Consent Management

FreeImageConverter provides a privacy-choice mechanism across the site. Users outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown our site's general privacy-choice dialog for optional analytics and advertising technologies. Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland may be shown Google's European regulations message through Google's certified consent management platform and IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework.

Google's European regulations message is specifically used to obtain the consent required under Google's EU user consent policy. Google states that its CMP updates consent choices for users who are shown that European message, while consent defaults for users outside those regions are determined by the site's consent implementation.

4. Your Choices

You can accept or reject optional analytics and advertising technologies through the site's privacy-choice dialog. After making a choice, the Privacy choices control can be used to revisit the site's general preference. For eligible European users, Google's consent interface provides the applicable controls for reviewing or changing European consent choices.

5. Consent Changes and Revocation

Your consent preference is stored locally so the site does not repeatedly ask after a choice has been made. Clearing the site's browser storage may cause the privacy-choice dialog to appear again. European regulations users can also revisit the applicable Google consent controls when provided.

Most browsers provide cookie controls under Settings, Privacy, or Site Settings. Blocking some cookies may affect analytics accuracy, advertising functionality, or contact-form functionality, but it does not prevent the image tools from processing files locally in your browser.
